Requirements

• Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably a Licensed Professional
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Preferably with one (1) to two (2) years supervisory experience in quality control laboratory or quality assurance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; process and results oriented; with analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety management, Process/System auditing and handling customer feedbacks

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• 3 to 5 years supervisory work experience in sugar milling operation in a sugar mill.
• With background in operation, project construction and management.
• Technical knowledge in Total Production Maintenance, GMP/ HACCP, 5-S, ISO and Environmental Management

ENVIRONMENTAL MGMT. ASSISTANT
(Environmental Management & Safety Group)

Requirements :

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Eng., BS Chemical Eng., BS Sanitary Eng. or BS Chemistry.
• Licensed Professional (Board Passer)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial plant preferably in food manufacturing industry.
• With related training on environmental management, rules and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Troubleshooting, Operation and maintenance of pumps
• Preferably with knowledge in AutoCAD.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Sugar Technologist, Chemist, Electrical Engineer, Electronics & Communications Engineer
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to assume multiple roles.
• With excellent work standards, a strategic outlook and the determination to succeed.
